WHAT WE OFFER

We accommodate children between the ages of 11 months and 5 years. Each class will have a suitably qualified teacher with first aid training and one or more teaching assistants. We focus on individual attention and growth by having smaller classes.

WHAT WE TEACH YOUR CHILD

Our curriculum is structured around the four key elements of development to ensure the growth of the whole child. These are social, emotional, physical and intellectual.

Our programme is designed to stimulate and inspire our children, but flexible enough to allow for the different developmental stage of the individual child. Areas covered will include numeracy and language experiences, imaginative artwork, structured and unstructured play, creative movement, science exploration, and an introduction to technology.

THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Our facilities provide a beautiful, safe and child friendly environment to ensure that your child feels comfortable and loved to promote individual growth.

Our gardens are bright, spacious and well maintained, allowing the children to explore the wonders of nature. We encourage outdoor activities to allow your child to experience the beauty of nature while remaining active in a safe environment.

We want your child to understand their surroundings by teaching them about themselves, their families, their communities and other cultures. It is important to instil spiritual and moral values in a child to build a strong foundation with which your child can grow. We offer your child special life skill activities to teach them socially acceptable behaviour by laying down the building blocks for respect, kindness and social awareness.

We encourage parents to be involved in their child’s learning, growth and development.  Individual observation will be ongoing, with progress reports being done in June and December and meetings arranged to discuss the children’s progress.
